Cylinders disposal
Natural gas vehicles that are removed from service have natural gas tanks installed that must be disposed of safely. In many cases, these reservoirs are still under high pressure (up to 200 bar). Apex takes care of the proper disposal of these storage tanks.
The main steps are:

Determination of the effective natural gas pressure in the tank

Inactivation of the pipe burst protection

Depressurizing the vessel by safe suction and prevention of gas leakage into the atmosphere

Removing the bottle fittings

Inerting of the tank
-
Rendering the container unusable

Scrapping of the components
